Orders totaling $150.00 or more (excluding cold chain fees) qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping. Orders under the $150.00 threshold will incur a flat shipping and handling fee of $15.00.
Products requiring refrigerated or temperature-controlled packaging (such as certain biologics or temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals) are subject to a flat $15.00 Cold Chain Handling Fee. This fee applies to cover special insulated packing materials and gel ice configurations. It is charged regardless of total order value and is not waived under the Free Standard Shipping program.
Apotheca offers localized same-day delivery service for eligible practices located within a 25-mile radius of our Phoenix distribution facility:

Will-call pickup is available for local practices Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time. To ensure order readiness, please allow a minimum of 2 hours processing time after order approval before arriving. Government-issued photo identification and signing of a GxP receipt are required upon pickup.
Orders received and verified by 2:30 PM Arizona Time will generally be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after the 2:30 PM cut-off are not guaranteed to ship until the next business day.
If an item is out of stock, Apotheca reserves the right to hold the order until complete, ship partial quantities, place items on backorder, or cancel backordered items. For extended manufacturer shortages, Apotheca may cancel the item and request the customer place a new request when availability is restored.
Any claims regarding package shortages, shipping discrepancies, damages, or cold chain integrity violations must be reported to customer service in writing within 48 hours of carrier delivery. Proof of storage temperatures or digital photos of damaged shipping containers may be requested to support claims.
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping and license-matching addresses. For refrigerated shipments, customers must ensure that qualified clinical staff are available during regular business hours to immediately receive and transfer cold chain items to compliant GxP storage units.
Apotheca shall not be responsible or liable for delivery delays or transit failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier transit failures, weather delays, flight cancellations, fuel shortages, labor strikes, or national emergencies.
